Dr. Michael Novia is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon whose practice is located in the Physician’s Pavilion at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington. He brings decades of experience in the areas of Plastic, Reconstructive, Craniofacial, and Head and Neck Surgery to his practice.
Among Dr. Novia’s many accomplishments, he is a veteran of the United States Army. During his service, he built an impressive resume of posts in leadership roles at multiple Army hospitals in several countries. This experience gives Dr. Novia an extremely well-rounded perspective as well as the ability to work with diverse groups of patients.
Dr. Novia is committed to his patients and continuously pursues new opportunities to expand his clinical and surgical knowledge. He recently completed additional training in the rapidly expanding area of fat grafting for breast augmentation and breast reconstruction. The fat grafting procedure can be applied to breast reconstruction surgery after radiation treatment.
